Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Live Selling Support

  • Prepare products needed for the live selling session (cleaning, sorting, labeling).
  • Assist the live host by handing items, showcasing products, and managing product sequences.
  • Monitor live session comments, inquiries, and order confirmations.
  • Help update the live inventory list and product links during streams.
  • Support in packing or organizing orders generated during live selling (if needed).

Content & Platform Assistance

  •  Assist in setting up the live stream area (lighting, backgrounds, devices, props).
  • Help with basic content preparation such as product captions, pricelists, and promo lists.
  • Encode product details and assist in uploading items on the platform.
  • Help remove or replace out-of-stock products on the live platform.

Post-Live Tasks

  • Assist in recording data such as sales performance, viewer engagement, and top-selling items.
  •  Help organize products after the live stream, ensuring they are returned to proper storage.
  • Support in preparing reports or documentation needed by the e-commerce team.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related course.
  • Must complete required OJT hours (as per school requirement).
  • Tech-savvy, especially with social media and e-commerce platforms (TikTok).
  • Comfortable assisting in front of camera (optional but an advantage).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules based on live selling activities.
